The HOMER schematic diagrams used to model the SHS for Shack-24sqm load, and a roof-top microgrid are shown in Figure 10.
Since excess electricity of simulated off-grid options results in 47.4% to 75.4%, this could be sold to the grid to reduce costs and increase commercial viability. Therefore, future research work can consider the above, in addition to assessing reticulation network costs.
